Health and fitness is an important part of the coaching and training at Personal Power International. Our motto "helping You Find your perosnal power" extends to the mind , body and soul. As a coach, we help you in developing an exercise program/food program to help you accomplish your health and fitness goals, whether it be gain strength, weight management or just feeling more positive and better about themselves and therefore gaining confidence and having more energy. We will either work with you from a coaching perspective, setting out the program and then our weekly sessions would help keep you on track, or we would actually work as a personal trainer, helping you with the exercises, motivating you while you are actually performing them.

How does personal training work?

As personal trainer`s, we would work with you and together we would work out a program, based on your goals, what you like and don`t like doing. This could mean training in parks, beaches, in a gym or a combination of all three.

Training can be provided online, one on one or in groups, depending on your location and your preference.

What we offer you

Personal Power International instructors are qualified Vic Fit personal trainers who are qualified to train you safely. They continually update their education in the fitness industry.

Training in the areas of health and fitness, kick boxing, running, nutrition, rehabilitation, sports massage,weight lifting, circuit training, plymetrics, core stability/balance, speed and strength training.

Quality Service - starting off with your Welcome Pack which includes: exercise safety screening, advise on water consumption and fat loss, foods for healthy body and mind as well as some streches. We also give our clients a video we produced to help motivate training in the privacy of your home. In addition we provide our nutrition conscious clients with a food exercise diary to help keep track of weight loss, water consumption, exercise habits, and eating habits.

Personal Power Instructors use a variety of equipment and exercises to help make exercise fun and interesting.

For those clients who believe they deserve/want more out of their life, we offer the service of being their life coach. We coach in areas such as relationships, transitions, career, business. We can help devise a plan suited to help you achieve your goals or what you need/want, so check out the rest of our website on life coaching.

Equipment - the equipment we use in our training is varied and includes: weights, exercise bands, mediballs, swissballs, boxing equipment, weeble boards, power web, jump rope, machines and more!
